• CA Dinesh Ghalla:
He graduated in 1978 from Mumbai University with honors and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981. He then shouldered the responsibility as a partner in the firm co-founded by his father in the year 1955

His special areas include Personal Taxation, Income Tax Assessments including Block Assessments ,Representations in Survey & Search Assessments, Financial & Investment Consultancy from business & social security angles, Business & Financial Restructuring , Arbitration & Reconciliations.

He has delivered lectures on Personal Taxation , Financial Planning and Investment Strategies, and matters pertaining to Charitable Trusts. He has also contributed various editorials and articles in the Newsletters of the CVO Chartered & Cost Accountants' Association.

He has been a Past President of C.V.O Chartered & Cost Accountants' Association and is also actively involved in the activities of the association. He is also a participative member of the Kutch Corporate Forum.

He was a former Trustee of "Vipassana" a foundation laid down by Shri S. N Goenka, at Bada- Kutch which enlightens participants about the art of living through meditation and also himself strongly believes and practices the same.

• CA Haresh Chheda:
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986. He completed his articleship in Ghalla & Bhansali , Chartered Accountants and was admitted as a partner in 1986 to lead , explore and diversify the field of Audit and Taxation.

Now as a senior partner in Ghalla & Bhansali , Chartered Accountants he specializes in Tax & Statutory Audits of Companies including Public Sector undertakings (PSU), Domestic and International Taxation, Business & Financial Restructuring .

He has delivered lectures on Tax Audit and Other Income Tax matters under the auspices of WIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and addressed Seminars organized by various Professional and business associations and social organizations on subjects of Direct Taxation.

He has been a Past President of C.V.O Chartered & Cost Accountants Association and is also actively involved in the activities of the association. He has also been a Committee member of Publication and Research Committee of the WIRC of ICAI.

• CA Tansukh Chheda:
He completed his articleship with the firm itself and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. He was admitted as a partner in 1996 and was assigned the responsibility of heading the area of Indirect taxation.

He provides Consultancy in the field of VAT , Profession Tax and Service Tax. He is also incharge of Trust Audits and supervises Tax Audits . His zeal to grow and learn more has encouraged him to venture into the field of Excise Duty.

He has delivered lectures on TDS and led study circle meetings and written articles on Service Tax , Case Studies in Income Tax etc.

He joined Ghalla & Bhansali , Chartered Accountants as an Article in 1993 and in the year 2000 , was introduced as a partner in charge of Direct Taxation. 

He is also incharge of Company Law matters including Formation, Management , Taxation and Audit of Companies, PSU Audits. He has now undertaken specialization in the field of Internal Audit and US GAAP .
